Great tournament , beautiful foos was played last night
1st. Paul / Scott. Great team work , King seat , lost first set , then Paul became possessed by some Foos God Warrior , played the most impressive foos I ve ever seen him played
2nd John Back / Mike Woods
John always the ultimate competitor , great match btwn two great players playing great foos
3rd. Gus / Wil.
Gus is one of the best goalies ever , such an amazing player
4th. Making a name for themselves , Kevin K/ Mateo
Kev wanted it bad last and it showed , playing at the highest level
5th. 6th Chris B / Randy -- Sean L/ Ilya
Mateo and KK took Sean and Ilya out
7th 8th. The South American powerhouse Luis / Danny , ouch !!!

Great playing with you Wil. I always enjoy playing with you rather than against. We were very close on all the games. We ate a lot of slop. But that's the way the ball bounces.
Nice to see Paul, John Sean and the crew. I will try to come out more often so Rob won't win every week. LOL

Great tournament with many strong teams that battled all night. I think half of the matches went 4-4 third game. Luis/Danny even lost twice like that I believe. Didn't think we were going to beat Sean/Ilya and John/Mike, but Scott played super solid in goal. We got very lucky though, 4-4 third game Sean hits the wall and in goes right into his own goal. Game over. Not sure what happened in the second set of the finals. I was hyper focused, not like normal. It was weird and I was a bit scared myself. Maybe this is what it feels like to play on cocaine.
Some other observations: Again never an easy match at Fat Cat. All the new kids on the block are improving fast and soon Rob and Victor's reign will be over. Kevin is getting a sick pull, 6 more months and some meditation and nobody will block that one anymore. Good to see Gus out again, still a nasty shot from the back. John/Sean always enjoy playing you guys and always a tough fight that requires me to call on the foosball gods.
