For your convenience, here is the DoubleTree Maryland States web page for booking your rooms. The final day to book is April 7, so please book before then. We always sell out our block and since this is our first time dealing with this hotel, they cannot guarantee that more rooms can be added. Update.
The schedule for Rookie events is tentative - Sunday 6:00pm for Doubles and Sunday 8:00pm for Singles.
It'll be a playoff situation. To qualify for Rookie events the top 8 ranked a rookie or lower in Amateurs will be entered in the playoffs.
Also all those that have never been to a tournament will be allowed to play beginners or if you're ranked a beginner.
